- Vessel operation and maintenance
- Captain and crew licensing and any required Coast Guard certifications or inspections
- Insurance
- Passenger safety
- Pricing, deposits and payment
- Alcohol, food and conduct policies
- Cancellation, rescheduling and weather policies
We don't verify or guarantee any operator's licenses, certifications, insurance, safety record or availability. Before you book, ask the operator to confirm the details that matter to you.
Bookings and contracts
We don't take reservations or payments for charters. Any booking, contract or payment is directly between you and the operator.
Compensation
